Greetings Hollingworth Families and Friends,

We are Hollingworth Elementary School~ A CA Gold Ribbon School and an AVID Elementary School where College, Careers, and Citizenship Begin! Thank you for visiting our website and for the support you show our school. Our goal is for the success of every child and with your help we can achieve this expectation!

 

We believe that every child must be prepared to attend college. Our school program is one that is focused on delivering the tools that prepare students for the opportunity to attend college. Colleges and universities such as Harvard, USC, UCLA, Boise State, Notre Dame, Stanford and more have been adopted by each of our classes to promote our college-going belief that we hold for our students.

 

Hollingworth Elementary School is where College, Careers, and Citizenship begin. We are focused on planting the seeds of college and careers with our students in a community filled with caring, responsible people who support these goals. Our students learn the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) as we provide them opportunities to think critically, collaborate with others, and to take real ownership of their learning. Students also learn Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) while at Hollingworth! We are working collaboratively with the CA Science Center, Google and other organizations to provide our students with amazing, 21st century learning experiences.
